Disclosed is a transmission device, in particular a transmission, said transmission device comprising a central housing part (14) which accommodates a bearing (12, 16) of an output shaft (11) and a bearing (5, 17) of an input shaft (4). A bearing cap (8) is placed on and connected to, especially screwed on, the central housing part (14), said bearing cap (8) covering the axial face of the output shaft (11) and/or of an intermediate shaft so as to form a housing. A hollow space, especially an oil pocket, through which oil flows is formed between the bearing cap (8) and the central housing part (14). |
