The tool has a press-jaw carrier (2), and additional press-jaw carriers (3, 4) hinged to the press-jaw carrier. Press-jaws (40, 41) e.g. double-armed levers, are provided at the press-jaw carriers, respectively. One of the press-jaws is pivotably mounted, and the press-jaws are provided with form-fit parts e.g. recesses and projections. The press-jaws are engaged with the use of the form-fit parts for formation of a closed press-jaw ring. The pivotable press-jaws exhibit a distance from the press-jaw carrier. |
