摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely improve the transmission of a torsion force to a connecting frame fron a pile main body.SOLUTION: When connecting a lower end of an upper-side pile main body 1 to an upper end of a lower-side pile main body 1, a cylindrical connecting member N is arranged, bolt penetration holes 7 are formed at the upper end of the lower-side pile main body 1 and the lower end of the upper-side pile main body 1 in the circumferential direction at constant intervals, respectively, bolt penetration holes 8 are formed at an upper side and a lower side of the connecting member N, a plane part 25 is formed at an external peripheral face of the connecting member N at which the bolt penetration holes 8 are opened, the connecting member N is fit over the lower-side pile main body 1 and the upper-side pile main body 1, bolts 13 are made to penetrate the bolt penetration holes 8 at the connecting member side from the bolt penetration holes 7 at the pile main body side, both the upper and lower pile main bodies 1, 1 are connected to each other by being screw-fastened to nuts 10 which are held at nut holding parts 9, and a peripheral wall portion 28 which opposes the plane part 25 of the connecting member N pressure-contacts with the plane part 25 by being deformed so as to be extracted to the inside via the bolts 13 at the rotational pressure-insertion of a steel pipe pile K.
