PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal separator cleaning gaseous fluid.SOLUTION: A centrifugal separator 2' comprises: a housing 4' which defines an internal space; and a rotary assembly 78', 84', 86' which provides a rolling action in material mixture to be separated. The rotary assembly 78', 84', 86' is disposed in the internal space and can rotate around an axis 64' with respect to the housing 4'. The rotary assembly 78', 84', 86' comprises: an inlet 600 which accepts the material mixture; an outlet 604 through which the material mixture is outflowed from the rotary assembly during operation; and a passage 602 which provides fluid communication between the inlet 600 and the outlet 604. The outlet 604 is arranged at a position which is radially outward from the rotation axis 64' with respect to the inlet 600. |
