PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof substrate structure which is easy in construction, stable in construction quality, high in fixing strength, and excellent in thermal insulation properties and air permeability.SOLUTION: In a roof substrate structure, a heat insulating material 7 is arranged between a lower sheathing part 1 formed by a rafter 5 and a lower sheathing plate 3 fixed on the rafter 5 and an upper sheathing part 2 formed by a stiffener 6 arranged above the rafter 5 and an upper sheathing plate 4 fixed on the stiffener 6 so as to form a vent layer 8 above the heat insulating material 7. The roof substrate structure is provided with a stiffener fixture 10 which has a fixing part 11 fixed to the lower sheathing part 1 and a receiving part 12 guiding the stiffener 6 from both sides and receiving it from above, the stiffener fixture 10 being formed with fixing holes 15 in both sides thereof. The stiffener fixture 10 is fixed to the lower sheathing part 1 at a position above the rafter 5. The stiffener 6 is fixed by being inserted into the receiving part 12 and driving fixtures 41 through the fixing holes 15. |
