An electronic device and a circuit module thereof are provided. The circuit module includes a main body, a light-emitting portion and a PCI-E strip. The main body has a substrate and a first printing layer. The substrate has a light-transmitting portion and a first surface. The first printing layer is coated on the first surface. The first printing layer is provided with a light-transmitting exit portion corresponding to the light-transmitting portion. The light-emitting portion is embedded into the substrate. The PCI-E strip is disposed on the substrate. The electronic device includes the circuit module and further includes a shell portion. The shell portion partially covers two opposite sides of the circuit module. The shell portion further provided with a light-transmitting shell portion corresponding to the light-transmitting exit portion. |
