PURPOSE:To provide the automatic exchanging device of the laser beam machining head by development of a chuck for clamping the head capable of accurately realizing positioning and aligning. CONSTITUTION:When compressed air is sent into space parts A and B, a gripping cylinder 57 and a positioning cylinder 81 fall at the same time. Consequently, the tapered surface 89 of the positioning cylinder 81 supports a fitting part 49 of the laser beam machining head 25, the tapered surface 65 of the gripping cylinder 57 tightens the outside of a collet chuck 67, a peripheral part of the fitting part 49 is tightened to perform aligning, the focal length and the center of an optical axis are coincident and this is fitted to a Z axis 21. At the time of detaching, when the compressed air is discharged from the space parts A and B, a frameshaped ring 59 pushes up the positioning cylinder 81 from the lower side and the tapered surface 89 is separated from the fitting part 49. |
