PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode catalyst for an oxygen electrode that realizes a solid oxide type steam electrolytic cell (SOEC) that exerts high performance in a low temperature region of at most 500°C.SOLUTION: A material in which a Pt particle in which a boundary face with CeOis formed on a surface is mixed with a GDC particle is used as an electrode catalyst for an oxygen electrode to avoid lowering of an oxygen evolution reaction (OER) activity of SOEC in a low temperature region. |
