An electronic device and a dynamic random access memory (DRAM) thereof are provided. The DRAM includes a main body, a light-emitting portion and a transmit port. The main body has a substrate and a first printing layer. The substrate has a light-transmitting portion and a first surface. The first printing layer is coated on the first surface. The first printing layer is provided with a light-transmitting exit portion corresponding to the light-transmitting portion. The substrate is provided with a memory module. The light-emitting portion is embedded into the substrate. The transmit port is disposed on the substrate and electrically connected with the memory module. The electronic device includes the DRAM and further includes a shell portion. The shell portion partially covers two opposite sides of the DRAM. The shell portion further provided with a light-transmitting shell portion corresponding to the light-transmitting exit portion. |
