The brake tramp has a threaded spindle (7) and a pressure piece (8), which abuts on a brake pad. The threaded spindle is screwed in a rotatable and axially secured spindle nut (6) that is held in the cross bar. The pressure piece is connected with the threaded spindle in an axially secured and rotationally fixed manner.
