PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a bicycle frame capable of obtaining a resin bicycle frame of sufficient strength and rigidity, and the bicycle frame.SOLUTION: A bicycle frame includes halved head pipes 12 and 22, halved seat pipes 14 and 24, and a pair of right and left halved bicycle frame members 10 and 20 which are made of resin and include upper side halved connection members 16 and 26 and lower side halved connection members 18 and 28 for connecting the halved head pipes and the halved seat pipes. The width of upper and lower welding surfaces of the halved connection members 16 and 26 is formed larger than the thickness of the side part of the halved connection member. A bicycle frame is formed by superposing respective welding surfaces of the halved bicycle frame members 10 and 20 for welding and integration. |
