PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule and a manufacturing method of the same, and a tablet and a manufacturing method of the same which can suppress blocking in a granulation step and can also suppress sticking in a compression step while containing at least one material selected from a water absorptive amino acid or its salt, and yeast extracts, and which enable easy manufacturing in a short time.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a granule of which water absorption inhibitor is silicate comprises the steps of: mixing at least one material selected from a water absorptive amino acid or its salt, and yeast extracts with the water absorption inhibitor; and granulating the mixture obtained by the mixing step.
