PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor position adjustment device capable of implementing at least either improvement of rotor positioning accuracy or downsizing of the device, a rotor position adjustment method and a manufacturing method of a rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: In a rotor position adjustment device 10, an end portion 82 of a second shaft 36 is pressed against an end portion 90 of a first shaft 26 or the end portion 90 is pressed against the end portion 82, thereby generating an axial force F1 in rotational axis directions Z1 and Z2 in the second shaft 36. In the state where displacement of a rotor 20 in radial directions R1 and R2 is regulated by the second shaft 36 in which the axial force F1 is being generated, the rotor 20 is displaced along the second shaft 36, thereby assembling or removing the rotor 20. |
