System for the collection of hydrocarbons spilled into water, by means of which it is intended to minimize the amount of water in the recovered spill, simplify purification processes and reduce environmental impact by increasing the capacity of the recovery systems, the system comprising: a central tube (2) into which the spill recovered by a skimmer enters; a separating chambe (3) into which the central tube (2) leads; a rotary element (4) on which the spill recovered falls to which a rotary movement is transmitted; means for transmitting the rotary movement to the rotating element that consists of a motor (5) and a coupling (6) with the corresponding bearings and retainers; a pressure or pumping chamber (9) and an outlet for hydrocarbon (12) and water (8).
