PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable composition containing SAME and pyrroloquinoline quinone, and a composition suppressing decomposition thereof and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: There are provided: [1] a composition containing S-adenosylmethionine-containing yeast and pyrroloquinoline quinone; [2] the composition according to [1], where the ratio of the S-adenosylmethionine-containing yeast to the pyrroloquinoline quinone is 1:0.01 to 100 as a weight ratio; [3] the composition according to [1] or [2], where the content of the S-adenosylmethionine in the yeast is 1-30 wt.%; [4] the composition according to any of [1] to [3], where the S-adenosylmethionine-containing yeast further contains a cyclodextrin; [5] the composition according to any of [1] to [3], where the pyrroloquinoline quinone is any of a free body, an alkali metal salt or an alkaline earth metal salt; and [6] the composition according to any of [2] to [5], where coenzyme Q10 is further contained. |
