PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and efficiently decontaminating concrete waste contaminated by radioactive cesium.SOLUTION: Concrete waste contaminated by radioactive cesium is brought into contact with an aqueous solution having a pH of equal to or more than 7, and the radioactive cesium in the concrete waste is eluted in the aqueous solution, so that a cesium eluate is generated.
