The device (1) has a set of branches (3) spaced apart from each other. Another set of branches (5) is placed in a space formed between two branches of the former set of branches, where design of the latter set of branches is different from that of the former set of branches. One of the branches of the latter set of branches is plate shaped, longitudinally cut into two or multiple parts and provided with rupture points (25), where the distance between the branch of the latter set of branches and each of the adjacent branches of the former set of branches is between 1 and 7 mm. The latter set of branches is made by molding synthetic material such as non-flammable polyamide. |
