摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single operation detection device capable of accurately detecting only a harmonic wave which is generated when distributed power sources are brought into a single operation state, and suppressing injection of invalid power for promoting a frequency change caused by erroneous detection of harmonic wave fluctuation when the injection is not needed.SOLUTION: The single operation detection device comprises: a voltage detection section for detecting an AC voltage of a power system in which distributed power sources are systematically interlocked; a harmonic wave differential calculation section for determining a differential value between a magnitude of a harmonic wave component in the AC voltage during a first term having a time length equivalent to one cycle of the AC voltage of the power system and a magnitude of a harmonic wave component in the AC voltage during a second term which has the same time length as that of the first term and starts after the lapse of a predetermined time from the end of the first term; and an invalid power supply control section which supplies invalid power for promoting a frequency change to the power system in the case where the differential value calculated by the harmonic wave differential calculation section is equal to or more than a threshold, but does not supply the invalid power for promoting the frequency change to the power system in the case where the differential value is less than the threshold.
