PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic composition improving an underwater anti-washout ability while ensuring fixed flowability.SOLUTION: An elastic composition contains an A material obtained by blending a titanium lactate sodium salt solution and a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, a B material of slurry containing a calcium aluminate compound and an inactive filler, and an elastic aggregate and has a titanium concentration of 0.5 to 3.0 mass% and a solid content concentration of polyvinyl alcohol of 4 to 12 mass% in a solution of the A material, a blending percentage of 2 to 20 pts.mass of the calcium aluminate compound and 80 to 98 pts.mass of the inactive filler based on the total 100 pts.mass of the calcium aluminate compound and the inactive filler in the slurry of the B material, and the content of water in the B material of 15 to 80 pts.mass based on the total 100 pts.mass of the calcium aluminate compound and the inactive filler. |
