PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining a fatigue degree of a subject using the biological sample which can be easily obtained from the subject, a method for determining the effectiveness of a test article to the fatigue, a method for searching the substance that can recover, improve or prevent the fatigue, and to provide a method for a fatigue determining reagent or kid.SOLUTION: The method for determining the fatigue degree includes: analyzing and/or comparing expression variation of one or more of gene selected from genes of the biological sample derived from the subject, or homologue genes thereof. |
