PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent defect such as deterioration of adhesion between a needle valve and a seat surface in conjunction with eccentricity of the needle valve with respect to a paint nozzle.SOLUTION: A tapered seat surface 35 continuing to a paint passage 34 is formed on an inner surface of a tip end part of a paint nozzle 16, and a paint outlet part 16a is formed. A tapered surface part 36a and a protruded part 36b are integrally formed on a tip end part of a needle valve 36. The tapered surface part 36a is in contact with the seat surface 35 in a closed position of the needle valve 36 to close the paint outlet part 16a, and separates from the seat surface 35 when the needle valve 36 retreats to an opening position to open the paint outlet part 16a. When eccentricity between the paint nozzle 16 and the needle valve 36 occurs, a point angle part of the protrusion part 36b is in contact with a tip end side part from the seat surface 35 before the tapered surface part 36a is in contact with an inner surface of the paint nozzle 16 in a middle position in moving the needle valve 36 from the opening position to the closed position. |
