PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the temperature of a measurement object with high accuracy without calculating a combined answer of emissivity and being influenced by variations in the emissivity.SOLUTION: A regression formula creation section 3 performs basis decomposition on spectral information for creating a calibration curve, calculates a score a(k, j) of the base, and calculates multiple regression coefficient(c(k), k=1, 2) from the score a(k, j) and temperature data corresponding to the spectral information for creating the calibration curve. A temperature estimation section 4 calculates the score a(k, j) of the base on the basis of the spectral information of a measurement object and a base calculated by the regression formula creation section 3, and estimates a temperature of the measurement object on the basis of the score a(k, j) and the multiple regression coefficient (c(k), k=1, 2) that are thus calculated. This allows for high accuracy temperature measurement of the measurement object without calculating a combined answer of emissivity and being influenced by variations in the emissivity. |
