The hard coating film (31) is provided with a base material film (312), a coating layer (311) laminated at one surface of the base material film (312), wherein the hard coating layer (311) is formed by curing one side of an active energy ray curing resin composition comprising an active energy ray curing resin, a polymerization initiator, and a surfactant in a contact with on side of a mold, and the contact angle Theta of the hard coating layer (311) and water satisfies the following formula (1).
