PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a vacuum container of a waveguide or the like in which distortion is reduced, shape accuracy is improved and cost is reduced only by fusion bonding from the outside.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a vacuum container including a pair of side plates 2 with which steps are formed in upper and lower end portions, and upper and lower plates 1 fitted to the steps, includes: disposing a fusion material 8 within a recess 7 provided on a horizontal composition surface between the side plates and the upper and lower plates; bonding a vertical beveling surface (a) that is formed on a composition surface between the side plates and the upper and lower plates, by welding; and forming a fillet part 9 on the horizontal composition surface. |
