PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopped meat slice method and a slicer capable of filling plural pieces of meat formed of small meat lumps for chopped meat in a state that they mutually contact to each other so as not to generate a gap, and capable of making a slice amount to be cut one time a uniform amount.SOLUTION: The meat slicer is configured so that a gutter-shaped supply space 6 without an upper part conveyor 3 is formed on a start end side of a meat box 1 on which a square-shaped transport passage 5 surrounded by a bottom part conveyor 2, the upper part conveyor 3, and left and right side part conveyors 4 and is a square shape in cross section is formed. The meat slicer further comprises: a filling tool 13 moving between a retreat position where meat can be supplied to the supply space 6, and a filling position where the upper surface of the supplied meat is pressed for filling. When the filling tool 13 is in the retreat position, the meat is supplied, and the filling tool 13 is moved downward to the filling position for repeating operation of filling the meat, and plural pieces of meat are brought into contact mutually and brought into contact to the respective conveyors forming the transport passage 5. The pieces of meat are sliced at the same time of filling, for continuously acquiring the chopped meat. |
