(i) an effector binding site comprising at least 10 contiguous bases, wherein the base sequences of effector binding sites of the multiple promoters have a sequence identity of at least 75%,
(ii) a TATA box, and
(iii) a downstream sequence segment comprising at least 20 contiguous bases,
wherein the multiple promoters differ in the downstream sequence segments. |
