PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposome excellent in temporal stability and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a liposome encapsulating multiple encapsulated liposomes comprises: a first step which forms a first lipid membrane on a water-oil interface in which oil phase is arranged in contact with water phase; a second step which, after forming the encapsulated liposomes, encapsulates a solution including the encapsulated liposomes in a second lipid membrane to form a droplet including the plurality of encapsulated liposomes; and a third step which introduces the droplet into the oil phase, and transfers the droplet to the water phase so that outside of the second lipid membrane to be an internal layer lipid membrane is covered with the first lipid membrane to form an external layer lipid membrane. |
