PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece collection device and an attachment of the workpiece collection device capable of accelerating a collection process and improving efficiency when a plurality of pieces of workpiece are collected per collection process with the pieces of workpiece piled up.SOLUTION: A workpiece collection device 10 collects a plurality of workpieces 5 by an attachment 12 attached to a tip end of a robot arm 11. If the attachment holds one workpiece or a workpiece group of two or more workpieces and subsequently starts collecting another workpiece, then the workpiece or workpiece group held by the attachment falls at a velocity faster than a velocity of free fall simultaneously with opening of the attachment. The workpiece or workpiece group held by the attachment is piled up on the other workpiece while being piled up without being detached from the attachment. |
