The present invention relates to pegylated 7-dehydrocholesterol derivatives, and to a composition comprising the same for alleviating skin wrinkles and preventing skin aging. The pegylated 7-dehydrocholesterol derivatives according to the present invention have improved solubility and stability in water, and can be effectively used to a cosmetic composition, a pharmaceutical composition, a health functional food, and the like, for alleviating skin wrinkles and preventing skin aging, as an excellent source vitamin D. The pegylated 7-dehydrocholesterol derivatives are represented by chemical formula 1A.
