The present invention relates to an apparatus for testing a welding machine. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for testing a welding machine comprises: a first panel axially rotated in a longitudinal direction thereof; a second panel including a first surface and a second surface; a specimen fixing member fixing a specimen to the second panel; and a welding machine fixing member fixing a welding machine to the second panel. The second panel has the first surface positioned adjacent to the first panel to face the first panel and the second surface where the welding machined and the specimen are installed. The second panel is rotated about an axis vertical to the second surface. Accordingly, the apparatus for testing a welding machine is able to test the welding machine at various three-dimensional angles. Moreover, the specimen fixing member is able to fix a specimen having various sizes and change a position of the specimen to be fixed. Furthermore, the welding machine fixing member is able to adjust a distance between the welding machine and the specimen to be installed.
