PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device that can efficiently irradiate on footsteps by alleviating glare through light distribution control of widely irradiating above with indirect light and brightly irradiate below with direct light, and also can freely illuminate specific places.SOLUTION: A light emission face 12 is formed on a front side of a casing 11, inside which 11, a reflection face 40 is provided so that a light source for upward irradiation 20 is housed in a position with an optical axis not crossing the light emission face 12 and direct light from the light source for upward irradiation 20 is reflected to have that reflected indirect light emitted at least diagonally upward from the light emission face 12. Further, a light source for downward irradiation 30 is housed in such a position that its optical axis crosses the light emission face 12, and direct light from the light source for downward irradiation 30 is to be emitted from the light emission face 12 diagonally downward. |
