PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve higher conversion efficiency by reducing scattering at an interface between a wavelength conversion layer and other layer, in a solar cell and a solar cell module equipped with the wavelength conversion layer.SOLUTION: In a wavelength conversion layer 3 provided between a translucent substrate 2 and a photoelectric conversion element 4, a two-dimensional periodic structure formed of fine unevenness is provided on at least either one of principle planes of the wavelength conversion layer 3, wherein a pitch of the two-dimensional periodic structure is in a range of 300 to 3000 nm. |
