The present invention relates to a lamp kit system for controlling a pipeline heating cable. A heating cable using a PTC heater in which heat is generated between two wires is wound around the outside of a pipeline for transferring a fluid to transmit the heat. A pair of lamp kits are installed in a predetermined distance of the pipeline. Each lamp kit performs communications without a separate means by using a power supply line. High-brightness white and red LEDs are used to enable a worker to check the path and abnormality of the pipeline by recognizing rays with the naked eye even in the bright daytime as well as at night. Therefore, the lamp kit system for controlling a pipeline heating cable according to the present invention can easily check the path of the complex pipeline installed in industrial sites and can secure the accuracy of a transfer flow rate and active freeze protection in winter by uniformly maintaining the temperature of the fluid flowing in the pipeline.
