PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, a machine tool and a control method capable of preventing the occurrence of any unnecessary alarm when a moving speed changes.SOLUTION: A control device comprises: a control part 81 for outputting a movement command, and for controlling the movement of an object to a target position; and an A shaft driving control part 86 and a C shaft driving control part 87 for performing the open loop control of the driving of an A shaft motor 36 and a C shaft motor 60 for supplying a power to the object on the basis of the movement command output by the control part 81. When the driving of the A shaft motor 36 and the C shaft motor 60 is completed, the A shaft driving control part 86 and the C shaft driving control part 87 output a completion response to the control part 81. The control part 81 calculates the location position of the object, and determines whether or not the calculated location position is a target position. When it is determined that the location position is the target position, and the completion response is not input, a timer 81f starts keeping a time. When the completion response is not input, and a predetermined time passes by the timer 81f, the control part 81 outputs a signal. |
