In a fastener structure in which a cylindrical member is integrally embedded by insert-molding in a resin component and a screw member is inserted in an insertion hole provided on the inside of the cylindrical member, the present invention makes it possible to position the cylindrical member during the insert-molding easily and with high precision. Because the inner circumferential surface (14f) of a collar (14) is exposed from one end to the middle in the axial direction, when insert-molding the resin component (10), the collar (14) can be positioned from the inside using a positioning section (58) provided on a core metal (56) for molding the insertion hole (24) and can be positioned easily and with high precision without having to provide a positioning hole (124). From the middle to the other end, the inner circumferential surface (14f) is covered by an inner surface-covering resin (22). Because the insertion hole (24) is provided in the inner surface-covering resin (22) by the core metal (56), the size and shape of the insertion hole (24) can be set at will separately from the collar (14). |
