[Problem] To suppress noise phenomena caused by electromagnetic waves in a touch panel provided with shield layers corresponding to a wiring pattern. [Solution] In this touch panel (1), a plurality of first transparent electrodes (15) are formed on a first base-material film (11), and extend in one direction. A plurality of first wires (15) are formed on the first base-material film (11), and are connected to the plurality of first transparent electrodes (15). A plurality of second transparent electrodes (17) are formed so as to intersect the plurality of first transparent electrodes (15). A plurality of second lead-out wires (21) are connected to the plurality of second transparent electrodes (17). A first shield layer (31A) and a second shield layer (31B) are formed on the first base-material film (11), and are arranged so as to overlap the plurality of second lead-out wires (21) in a planar view. The first shield layer (31A) and the second shield layer (31B) have a length range set so as to not include lengths of λ of each of a plurality of frequencies within a specific range/n (n=2, 4, 6, …), in order to not induce resonance phenomena with respect to the plurality of frequencies. |
