PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery slip in which a detachable detachment piece hardly gets turned up even during manufacturing and operation.SOLUTION: A delivery slip includes: a detachment starting region 301 formed along at least two ends of a delivery label 101 containing a detachment starting edge section 71 for detaching the delivery label 101 with a half-cutting slit 41 as demarcation; a detachment ending edge region 307 provided inside an edge end of the delivery label 101 facing the half-cutting slit 41; and a U-shape portion adhesive region 304 with a U shape provided in a detachment intermediate region 305 from the half-cutting slit 41 toward a detachment ending edge region 307 so that a partial region of the detachment intermediate region 305 remains with respect to the detachment starting region 301, while defining a region excluding the detachment starting region 301 and the detachment ending edge region 307 as the detachment intermediate region 305. In the delivery slip, a relationship of adhesive strength is W<Z<Y≤X, where X, Y, Z, and W are the adhesive strength of the detachment ending edge region 307, the U-shape portion adhesive region 304, the detachment intermediate region 305, and the detachment starting region 301 respectively. |
