PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed check function related to a premise signal device by using a signal protection pattern, and additionally, to provide a speed check function related to a premise railroad crossing by using a railroad-crossing protection pattern.SOLUTION: An existing station premise track circuit and an existing railroad-crossing control device 14 are continuously used; a known wireless device that cooperates with an existing interlocking device 11 or includes the interlocking function thereof is used for a station control device 12; a known wireless device that has a speed check function by using a signal protection pattern and additionally a speed check function by using a railroad-crossing protection pattern is adopted for each of on-vehicle devices 13; the speed check function by using the railroad-crossing protection pattern is modified so as to provide also to a station premise railroad crossing; and a wireless railroad-crossing information transmission device 15 is provided to grasp a train position and a train incoming possibility section by radio interception and, based on a positional relationship and a progress aspect relationship, identify an on-vehicle device to which a railroad-crossing protection pattern erasure instruction is transmitted. |
