The present invention provides a production line which can properly set checking coordinates of electronic components and a substrate checking method. The production line (9) is provided with the following components: electronic component mounting machines (1a-1d) which mount electronic components (paM, paL, pbM, pbL, pcm, pdm) on preset mounting coordinates of the substrate (B); and a substrate appearance checking machine (93) which is configured at the downstream side of the electronic component mounting machines (1a-1d), determines checking coordinate in referenece to the mounting information which is related to the actual mounting coordinate, and checks mounting state of the electronic components (paM, paL, pbM, pbL, pcm, pdm) on the mounting coordinates. |
