摘要 Aprotic polar compound (I) having solvent properties, is new. Aprotic polar compound (I) of formula (R 1>R 2>NX(Z)R 7>) having solvent properties, is new. X : C or SO; Z : O, NSO 2NR 3R 4or NCN; R 1>, R 2>1-18C alkyl, 1-18C oxaalkyl, 1-18C alkylene or 1-18C oxaalkylene; R 3>, R 6>1-18C alkyl or 1-18C oxaalkyl; R 7>R f, R fCH 2O-, (R fCH 2) 2N- or NR 5>R 6>; and R f1-4C alkyl, 1-4C oxaalkyl or 1-4C azaalkyl, preferably fluorinated. Provided that when Z is O then R fis not 1-4C alkyl and when Z is O and X is SO, then R fis not 1-4C alkyl or 1-4C oxaalkyl. Independent claims are included for: (1) an electrolytic composition comprising (I), a soluble salt in the compound and having an anion with delocalized charge and at least a polymer; (2) a storage system of electrical energy of super capacity type, using the electrolyte composition as electrolyte; and (3) an electrochemical generator comprising the electrolytic composition as electrolyte.
