A piece winding device is configured to rotate, when a winding part (70) winds a piece (20) around a sheet (10) having a hole (11) to reliably wind the piece around the sheet, such that a front end portion (70a) of the winding part moves from an end portion of the sheet (10) to the hole (11) of the sheet (10) while the winding part presses the piece (20) and thus the piece (20) attached to one surface (10a) of the sheet (10) having the hole (11) is wound from the one surface (10a) to the other surface (10b) of the sheet (10) and is inserted into the hole (11) from the other surface (10b) of the sheet (10), thereby winding the piece (20) around the sheet (10) having the hole (11). |
