PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device capable of maintaining constant control of supply/exhaust air volume and an air volume balance, without reference to a construction state.SOLUTION: A supply/exhaust type ventilation device comprises control means 37 for detecting a duct pressure loss of each of a supply air channel 14 and an exhaust air channel 15 from an electric current and a rotation speed of one DC motor 20 to maintain a predetermined air volume and keep a balance between a supply air volume and an exhaust air volume, and for adjusting an opening area of either of an air supply damper 22 and an exhaust damper 23, which are connected to the air channel with the low duct pressure loss to match the target rotation speed of the DC motor 20. |
