PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fatigue meal selection device for selecting an anti-fatigue meal for each type of fatigue.SOLUTION: An anti-fatigue meal selection device includes: a database 11 for storing names of a plurality of types of fatigue, data of nutrition considered to be effective in fatigue recovery for each type of fatigue, names of a plurality of dishes, and data of nutrition included in each dish; a reception part 12 for receiving names of a plurality of types of fatigue from a user; a specification part 13 for specifying the name of nutrition effective in fatigue recovery of the types of fatigue and the quantity of the nutrition on the basis of the data of nutrition for each type of fatigue and the names of fatigue received by the reception part 12; a selection part 14 for selecting a dish moderately including nutrition coincident with the received types of fatigue on the basis of the names of a plurality of dishes, data of nutrition included in dishes in each dish, the name of at least one nutrition specified by the specification part 13 and the quantity of the nutrition; and a presentation part 15 for presenting information of the selected dish to the user. |
