PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a physical quantity detection device which hardly breaks down due to an impact.SOLUTION: A physical quantity detection device 1 includes: a package 20; lead frames 61 and 62 penetrating through the inside and outside of the package 20; and a physical quantity detector 4 disposed in the package 20. The physical quantity detector 4 is connected and fixed to free ends 61b and 62b of the lead frames 61 and 62 extended like a cantilever beam inside the package 20. Thus, when a force such as an impact is added to the package, the impact can be relaxed by the lead frames 61 and 62. |
