PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce impact to a worker by a falling load of the worker from a structure, and to surely prevent the worker from being electrified from the structure having conductivity.SOLUTION: A coupling tool with a ground function includes: an attachment body 2 configured to be attachable to a structure having conductivity, the attachment body 2 having conductivity; a connection body 3 configured to be connectable to a worker A working with the structure, the structure 3 having conductivity; and an impact attenuation body 4 connected to the attachment body 2 and the connection body 3, the impact attenuation body 4 having extensibility at least in an area between the attachment body 2 and the connection body 3. The impact attenuation body 4 includes: an attenuation body main body 40 longitudinal in one direction, the attenuation body main body 40 having extensibility in a longitudinal direction with the attachment body 2 connected to one end and with the connection body 3 connected to the other end; and a conductor 41 arranged along the attenuation body main body 40, the conductor 41 being connected to the attachment body 2 and the connection body 3 so as to be able to be electrified. The conductor 41 is divided due to extension of the attenuation body main body 40. |
