PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable organic electroluminescent panel, by minimizing optical loss due to a passivation layer being laminated, without reducing the emission efficiency.SOLUTION: A top emission or double side emission organic electroluminescent panel includes at least a first electrode layer, an organic emission medium layer including an organic emission layer, a second electrode layer, a passivation layer, and an adhesive layer, in this order, on a substrate. The passivation layer contains at least silicon nitride, and has a film density which is 2.4 g/cmor more at a part in contact with the second electrode layer, and decreases gradually toward the adhesive layer where the film density is 1.6 g/cmor less. |
