The present invention provides a hull cleaning system of a ship. The hull cleaning system of the ship comprises: a storage tank which collects the water having foreign materials separated from a target surface when a hull cleaning robot is operated from the hull cleaning robot and stores the collected water therein; and a water channel which has a flow path for providing the water stored in the storage tank to a ballast water treatment part. Therefore, the present invention prevents marine pollution by removing foreign materials and copper ions from the water.
