According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are a culturing container and a method for measuring sterilizing power by using the same. The culturing container is modified to continuously supply moisture to a membrane, thereby preventing bacteria from being dead by the dryness of the membrane and preventing an increase in bacteria by the supply of nutrients, so sterilizing power can be accurately measured. The culturing container according to an aspect of the present invention is a culturing container for culturing bacteria of a membrane from which bacteria are filtered, and comprises: a lower container having a space formed therein to store sterilization water; an upper container covered on the upper side of the lower container, having a penetration hole formed in at least one side thereof, and allowing the membrane to be seated on the upper side of the penetration hole; and a core unit inserted in the penetration hole, suctioning sterilization water of the lower container, and supplying the sterilization water to the membrane. |
