PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat exchange element capable of realizing improvement in heat exchange performance even for a long-term use under high humidity environment, and a heat exchanger using the same.SOLUTION: Each of partition members 1 has a stacking structure of a resin layer 11 containing absorbent and a nonwoven fabric base material layer 12, an interval holding member 2 has a stacking structure of a resin layer 21 and a nonwoven fabric base material layer 22, the resin layer 11 of the partition member 1 is joined to the nonwoven fabric base material layer 22 of the interval holding member 2, and the nonwoven fabric base material layer 12 of the partition member 1 is joined to the resin layer 21 of the interval holding member 2. |
