PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device capable of suppressing heat generation during supply of a large current to a body to be inspected.SOLUTION: A part of a plunger 30 is inserted into an insertion hole 16 formed in a press surface 15 of a probe block 14 against which a current supply lead of a body to be inspected is pressed, and the plunger 30 has its tip portion 31a energized by a coil spring 20 inserted into the insertion hole 15 so as to protrude from the press surface 15. Then the coil spring 20 has a center axis L formed arcuately such that the center axis of some part deviates from the center axis of the other portion. |
